Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the National Folk Festival.

To start your application, you will need to register on our application system.

When this is complete you will be automatically redirected to the Application Form.

You will also receive an email with your registration details. You can use this if you are unable to complete the application in one session. If you do not see an email from the Festival confirming your registration please check your Spam and Junk mail.

Each registration must use a unique email address, but a registration can be used to complete multiple applications.  For example, a couple may use the same registration for both of their applications.

You can only have one application open at a time. You must complete the first application before starting a second one.

Email address

Please enter and verify your Email Address. This will become your Username when you log into the National Folk Festival application system.


Please enter and verify a Password. This will become your Password when you log into the National Folk Festival application system. Make sure you record your password for future use. If you lose your password you may request a new one. Details of how to do so are contained in the registration confirmation email you will receive when you submit this form.

Passwords should be at least 6 characters long and contain at least one uppercase and one numeric character.
